Why was my order returned to you?
Orders are returned to us if the carriers delivery attempts fail for any reason. The most common reason for a failed delivery attempt is because the destination business or location is closed or the customer is not available to sign for the package.
In most cases, the carriers will attempt delivery multiple times on successive days or will hold the package at the local delivery hub for customer pick up, but after a certain number of days the package will be returned to us. If this occurs, we will notify you and ship it back out ASAP.
